Better than the big banks

I've been using SBOTL for well over 20 years for operational checking and savings, as well as mortgages. I've never had an issue that couldn't be resolved with a phone call. I've also been using Online Banking since they first offered it to their customers. By comparing them to the largest banks, whose Online Banking services I use at my work, they have stayed current with some but mostly have offered up-to-date software before the big banks, including Bank of America and Chase.
