Employee Recognition

I want you to know what a valuable employee you have at your Spring Grove facility. Her name is Vicky, and she has been so helpful and caring whenever I've needed assistance in the past 10 years. She's always cheerful and ready to help in any situation. I admire her greatly and believe she deserves special recognition. If she has treated all the customers she comes in contact with as well as she's treated me, I feel sure she has contributed enormously to the success and reputation of your bank. I just can't stress her wonderful qualities adequately.

    Bonnie, I can't stress how great it is to get compliments like this from our customers. Our goal is to always put the needs of our customers first and to treat them like the member of our family that they are.
