Great site needs more attention

I came across this communication device when I googled the bank. I had heard about giving SBA ideas but this is also a tool to answer questions and give encouragement. The last action here was months ago. This is a great tool! Please promote this product more aggressively and more accurately. TIA

    Thanks for your input - we're happy to hear you are finding us in a number of ways! It has always been our intention to let our customers reach out to us in a manner of your choosing. This is why we have opened ourselves in a number of ways.

    In addition to this site, we also have a presence on Facebook and Twitter and some Social Media communities. These are more active than this community (which is more of a customer service area for you to reach out to us from the main website).

    You mentioned SBA - we are going to be unveiling a Small Business Community shortly. This will allow you to reach out to fellow Small Business Owners and contacts and interact with very like-minded individuals on a number of topics. We are very excited about this new service and we hope that customers like you who are active in the space will use it and share your knowledge.
