Security Authentication stall

Does the online security system do some sort of realignment on Saturdays? It seems I am unable to log on on saturdays in the morning. The security "authentication" doesn't complete its routine and I have to disconnect after waiting a long time.

Hi Dan,

I think the first thing is double check that you are using a web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc) that is supported by online banking. I've attached an image of what is supprted here.

This is current as of April 7, 2010.

If you find your browser is supported, then I would have to direct you to the customer service number for online banking, which is 1-888-249-7563, and they can be reached 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

In responding to your question, I've noticed that this support number and hours weren't very prominent on the website. We will work on getting those into a more obvious place.
